What a week we had! 🏡

We've been hosting Insight Lunch events for local Lettings Agents across Bridgwater and Yeovil, bringing everyone together over a light working lunch to talk through the Renters' Rights Act, share experiences and get answers to the questions keeping agents busy right now.

We are excited for this year and we hope you are too! Taking place on Sunday 2 August, it promises to be a fantastic day out for all the family, raising funds for the new critical care and emergency unit at Dorset County Hospital -https://buckhamfair.com/news-and-updates/charity-fundraser-2026/.

Packed full of independent local trade stalls, delicious food stands and a fantastic line-up of displays and show events, there really is something for everyone. This year also welcomes a brand-new attraction: the Festival of the Heavy Horses - a showcase of some of the finest heavy horses from across the region, celebrating the history, power and bond between these magnificent animals and their handlers.

Our CEO Bhavani Hogarty is part of the planning committee working hard to bring this year's event together. She says:
