Tenancy renewals are charged at £100.
We use an Insurance based Tenancy Deposit Scheme from mydeposits who charge an insurance fee whenever a new or renewal tenancy charged at a cost of £40.
Tenant referencing charged at a cost of £50 per applicant or guarantor.
TENANT FIND SERVICE
Service information on request
£400 or 50% of the first month’s rent, whichever is the greater.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
