As we move into Spring it's time to look back at the first quarter of the year...

The first quarter of 2023 has seen a surge in demand for rental properties, with many tenants looking to secure high-quality accommodation as quickly as possible. This increased demand has resulted in a rise in rental prices, which has had a positive impact on both our landlords and Clarity as a business. Landlords have been able to achieve excellent yields, and the increased competition for rental properties has allowed us to secure attractive terms for our clients.

This has been a positive and encouraging period for the property market as a whole, despite negative reports from some circles in the media, and we are excited to see what the future holds.
