This renovation project kept The team at Boston Homes very busy for 6 months. Rotting floors, damp and asbestos were just some of the issues we dealt with along the way. 👷But with our ninja team of professionals, we transformed this unloved property into a chic and contemporary city garden apartment. 🤝Investors got all money out with a 7% ROI and we are so pleased with the results that we will be keeping this one in our portfolio. 🏡 we definitely learn some lessons which we’ll be applying to future projects, but in the meantime, a little celebration is in order. 🥂
