We’ve officially smashed our record for the most jobs completed in a single week (it’s Tuesday FYI) here at First Certify! From Gas Safety certificates and EPCs to EICRs and detailed floor plans, our team has been working flat out to keep properties compliant, safe, and moving smoothly across all of our coverage areas.

A massive thank you to our incredible clients, landlords, and letting agents for trusting us with your properties. We couldn’t have done it without your continued support.. though if our toolboxes could talk, they’d be begging for a holiday and a cold pint! 🧰🍻

Heads down and staying busy lately! But we wouldn’t have it any other way. 🙏🏼😎

A classic 1920s beauty, and she’s looking absolutely mint!

A few of us have spent the morning diving into the history and structure of this home to get the floor plan and EPC all sorted so it’s ready to market. It’s not every day you get to work on property with this much character.. new builds, step aside. 😎

What’s been an insanely busy few days has been wrapped up with a commercial floor plan for a premises right on our doorstep, the perfect way to round off what’s been our busiest week yet.

From back to back EPCs and floor plans to dozens of gas safety certificates, it’s been non stop all week. Plenty of miles covered, plenty of caffeine consumed, and a lot of solid work delivered… and we absolutely love it!

Finishing on a local commercial job feels spot on. Clean layouts, clear plans, and helping a business show their space properly.

That’s almost all of us signed off for the week, minus a couple of jobs tomorrow 💪
