Nice job this afternoon in Shoreham 🔧🏡

Helping a family friend get a property ready for photos and sale — the homeowner wanted all the small, fiddly jobs sorted so it’s looking its best 📸✨

✔️ Finished off installing a cooker extractor hood
✔️ Fitted 2x chrome toilet roll & towel holders
✔️ Installed shower shelf/basket units
✔️ Hung a painting
✔️ Installed 2x sets of blinds
✔️ Replaced an outside LED downlight with motion sensor — carrying out full safe isolation first to ensure the circuit was dead and safe to work on, that’ll make finding the front door key a bit easier! 🔑

It’s always the little details that make a big difference when selling.

Quick bathroom extractor fan replacement today after the old one’s motor gave up, leaving the room damp with mould starting to form on the ceiling!🤮 New fan fitted to get the airflow back and keep moisture under control.

Odd jobs on a Saturday morning? Go on then!

Getting about doing a few quick swaps and fixes this morning. Over to Brighton for a downpipe repair after a silly Amazon driver backed into it, causing water to run down the wall. It’s important to get on top of a job like this, as it will cause nasty mould at this time of year and cause the pavement concrete to crack and mis-shape.

Then it was back along the coast for a cracked toilet seat change. The nasty corroded fastening bolts put up a good fight, but they came off in the end. Followed by a flickering spotlight replacement. Both for a happy customer in Shoreham-By-Sea 😁

I work full time but enjoy keeping busy and helping people out at a low cost.. I’m free most evenings after work 5pm onwards & on the weekends.. I also have a large ford transit so can help move or collect bits for you 🙂

Quick gutter clearance & wash for a kind lady over on Shoreham beach this afternoon 🌞 Lucky we got the ladder up before the next rain came, as the downpipe was absolutely rammed with moss!
