So why would a landlord prefer renting their property to us? There are SO many reasons why a rent to rent option is better than single tenants! Firstly, we guarantee the rent EVERY month, so they never have to worry about voids. We also often do a light refurb on the property, painting, replacing carpets etc. so it can end up looking BETTER than when the lease started (which lets face it, doesn’t happen very often with tenants!) We then look after the property throughout the agreement with cleaners, regular maintenance and only housing working, professional tenants rather than students. Also, as a professional business, we ensure all gas and electrical certificates are up to date, we regularly check fire alarms and do spot checks so they know their property is in good hands. In fact, the service we provide is second to none, so why WOULDN’T a landlord want to rent their property to us?!

It’s never easy convincing landlords to give you their properties for Rent2Rent. Sometimes it feels like you’re hurting heads 🤣
