Joint lettings agency was created as a way for Rivers Birtwell, a family run, Brighton based landlords to ensure that their customers were receiving the best service possible. Our unique approach means we are able to offer a personal and supportive service to our tenants, different from the traditional landlord – tenant relationship. We take the time to get to know our tenants and help them settle
in and engage with them throughout their time with us. We are dedicated to ensuring that our tenants have an exceptional living experience and are focused on improving their wellbeing through our small, friendly & supportive team. Maintenance issues are reported through an easy to use app and we pride ourselves on a 48 hour maximum response time. We work with local venues and charities to host events for the students as well as offering volunteering opportunities so they can feel part of their new community. We also partner with Sound Asleep Club, a mediation app that all tenants get free access to as well as monthly meal plans to help with budgeting. Independent from university halls of residence
