We currently have a couple of vacancies and spaces for potential tenant members at Two Piers Housing Co-operative!

At Two Piers we manage all of our properties ourselves, which does require a little work from us all, but we think it’s worth it.

If that all sounds good to you: Our New Members meeting is on the 1st Wednesday of each month, and the next one is Wednesday May 7th! At Christchurch House, Montpelier Road at 7:30pm.

Sadly, this article is particularly relevant for people living in Brighton. Fortunately, Two Piers Housing Co-op offers rooms in shared accommodation in Brighton and Hove from just £62.03 per week including council tax and internet connection. We can do this as the co-op prioritises the housing needs of our members rather than focusing on making a profit. If you would like to live in social housing and would like take part in a co-op that is run by it's members, contact us and have a look at our website.

Two Piers Housing Co-operative is Brighton and Hove's biggest and longest established housing co-op. We are an ethical not-for-profit organisation that prioritises the needs of our members and the wider community. As a social landlord we offer tenancies that are both affordable and secure. Unfortunately we can only offer and advertise our vacancies to our members, but we currently do have vacancies and we are accepting new members. If you're interested in living in social housing in Brighton and Hove and you would like to take part in a co-op that's run by its members, please contact us and have a look at our website.

We still have a vacancy for a parent and child in Two Piers Housing Co-op, Brighton. Please share this with anyone that you know who may be interested.
We live in a big house with a surrounding garden which includes an allotment, a bike shed and a smoking hut. The house has a large communal kitchen, a living room, a utility room, an office and 3 bathrooms and a lavatory. The house was previously a purpose-built children’s home and so it is designed for communal living. The household consists of three women and three men. The total combined rent for one large and one small bedroom is £82 per week which includes council tax and internet. We accept housing benefit claimants.
We are located at the bottom of Hollingdean on the 50 and 50U bus routes, a few minutes walk from Lewes Road and Ditchling Road. The neighbourhood is quiet and parking by the house is free of charge.
