We’re back! 🧔🏻

We are pleased to announce we will be reopening for a reduced removal service from the 26th May. The safety of our staff, customers and their families remains our top priority.

We are changing our working procedures to follow the guidelines set out by the U.K. government and where we deem sensible we are going above and beyond the published guidance.

Dear Customers

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak and the new advice issued by the UK Government on the 23rd March 2020 we are required to stop all removals from close of business today until further notice. We must follow the government guidelines and confirmation from the British Association of Removers advice that our work is not considered an essential service.

The risk to the safety of our staff, customers and their families required to undertake our daily work is too great to take at this time. As a business we must do everything we can to ensure the health of our nation and prevent the spread of the virus where possible.

Initially, we will stop all removals for 3 weeks in line with the government measure brought into place. We will be continuing to review the situation and will re-open as soon as we safely can.

During this period, our office will be staffed remotely and we will be continuing to answer your calls and emails. All existing bookings during this period will, unfortunately, have to be cancelled and cannot be re-booked until further notice. As soon as we have an update as to when we can safely re-open we will inform you via email to give you the opportunity to book in once again if the service is still required.

For our storage customers, we will still be able to provide essential access to your units but we ask that you please call ahead for us to make arrangements for this and only do so where absolutely necessary.

I have run this business for 7 years and am immensely proud of the fact that until this point we have never had to cancel a single customer's booking from our side. I am incredibly sorry for any inconvenience this will cause you and I hope you can understand that we have taken this very difficult decision to close to ensure the safety and protection of you, your families, and our staff.

Due to an extremely high level of phone and email enquiries, it may take us a little longer than usual to get back to you over the next couple of days, but the office team continue to work flat out to keep you informed and ensure all enquiries are responded to as quickly as possible.
