A property inventory is a detailed inspection of a property describing all the contents within and their condition.

This is an essential document for both landlord and tenants as it serves as a means of reference should a possible dispute arise.

Our inventories cover every aspect of the property, it’s condition and cleanliness.

These reports always include:
•Testing of smoke & CO alarms
•Meter Readings
