Second multimillion property we have worked on in Ladye Bay, Clevedon, overlooking the Bristol Channel.

Having previously worked on the “Boat house” we are now nearing the end of “The Steppings”

Seems an age ago we first fixed the old Salvation Army building in Bedminster.

4m high ceilings, thermal upgrades to all walls and roofs, metal studwork then back to board and tape and joint ready for the painters…………nice to see all 7 apartments complete and looking like this.

First fix insulation,Metal stud and MF Ceiling to first apartment in a old |Salvation Army Building. ACTIS Insulation Hybris and H-Control to vaulted ceilings and H-Control to external walls for thermal upgrades.

Design and preliminary build of a full height TV wall. Waiting on electrician before we can close up.

Abbots Leigh, private swimming pool ceiling.
Called in to install a MF ceiling to lose the steels of the building so the ceiling flows throughout.
Ceiling has eight different angles/sections and needs to follow shape so a brain teaser !

This was originally specified to be done in Celotex, we respecified this alternative which gave higher u values and saved the client nearly £5000 over the Celotex option.
