We are a private practice of Specialist Building Surveyors, carrying out a wide range of surveys for different types of properties as well as offering services in design and project management works. Starting off with a couple of employees in 2009, over the past 10 years we have grown our client base which has enabled us to grow our company, now with Building Surveyors, Project Managers, CAD Techn

ician and an Office Manager. We are a tightly knit team, working alongside each other to ensure the best service for all of our clients. We currently provide services to several schools and MATs across Bristol, Swindon, Gloucestershire and North Somerset. These include Property Condition Surveys, Asbestos Inspections, CIF Consultancy and Project Management for various works. We also provide services to Property Management Companies, such as Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Forward Maintenance Plans, Planned Preventative Maintenance, Structural Inspections and more. One of the biggest issues we see is inconsistent condition reporting across buildings and sites.
