Meet Phyllis, Broad Meadow's black belt resident who's loving every moment of life at the village in Dudley.

After finding her previous home too much to manage alone, Phyllis was looking for somewhere that would support her independence while giving her peace of mind.

More than 10 years later, she's still certain she made the right decision.

From volunteering at the village and meeting friends for lunch to enjoying bingo and making the most of the on-site facilities, Phyllis has found the perfect balance of freedom and community at Broad Meadow.

As she puts it: "Moving in was the best day's work I ever did."

Broad Meadow offers a range of property options, including outright purchase, shared ownership and rental homes, helping residents choose a tenure that suits them.

The community partnership with Discovery Primary Academy and our scheme, Bishopsfield Court, has officially started. Year 6 pupils joined residents for their very first session of their painting project! 🎨✨

The children and residents loved spending time together as they began transforming the pergola with colour. Seeing two generations come together and build connections while brightening the space is inspiring! 💛

Roll on the next visit!
