🏡 Bank holiday means more time for more viewings!!
Never let an agent or vendor rush you during a property viewing—it's not a 10-minute job to gather the information you need. 🕵️♂️
During a recent viewing, we discovered several red flags on a property with a pending HMO license application:
- 2 rooms below National size standards
- Fire doors lacking self-closing units
- No planning permission despite being in an Article 4 area
- Loft conversion with no evidence of building regulations or planning
-bowing celling in one of the bedrooms
Some issues can be fixed, but others cannot. Unfortunately, we had to walk away from this opportunity.
