Here we’ve broken up the existing floors and excavated to allow for the new oversite build up. The existing floors were thin concrete on soil. Our new floor will have a membrane, new reinforced concrete slab, thick insulation and underfloor heating throughout.

This project started with a complete strip out of the garden, fences and hedges. We then installed the new fence and began work on the property.
We knocked down the existing rear extension and coal store ready for the new, larger extension to be built. Further updates to follow!
