We are really pleased to share another full property renovation recently completed by A.K.N Maintenance Service!

This 2-bedroom rental property in Bradley Stoke had become tired and in need of attention, but thanks to Tony's hard work, care and attention to detail, it has been completely transformed into a fresh, modern and welcoming home ready for new tenants.

The works included removing a built-in wardrobe to create a more spacious master bedroom, making good the walls, removing worn flooring throughout, full redecoration, glossing woodwork, bathroom improvements, anti-mould treatment, resealing, installation of window restrictors, replacing a damaged kitchen worktop, and arranging new carpets and vinyl flooring.

The difference is incredible, and this is exactly why we value working with reliable contractors who take pride in their work and help us deliver a high standard for our landlords and tenants.
