Laurie has worked incredibly hard, liaising with the tenants, landlord and several contractors to put the spark back into the garden at this property.

🔨 Stage one: Out with the old pergola!

A.K.N Maintenance Service removed the old, leaking, poorly erected pergola, which was restricting the tenants’ use of the garden, blocking natural light and even causing damp issues—eek!

What a transformation, and what a garden to enjoy during the heatwaves we’ve been having! A huge thank you to AKN Maintenance for their fantastic work.

🌳 Stage two: Tackling the ever-encroaching trees!

Luke Tyack Garden Maintenance attended the property and cleared the entire boundary line, from front to back and from heaven to hell! His work brought light back into the garden and revealed space and views the tenants didn’t even know they had.

The tenant’s lovely feedback says it all:

“Hi Laurie! I just wanted to thank you—and Luke, too. He did an amazing job at the property cutting all the trees. It looks like a completely different house!
He also cleaned the entire path behind the garden. We really appreciated it.”
