Pizza on the Park is looking for a talented and creative Pizza Chef to join the team! Since opening in May this year, we've gone from strength to strength and are looking to expand the team in preparation for a successful Autumn/Winter!

Quarter believes in our chefs and wants to buck the 'typical kitchen' image being a chef has. Our chefs have a great work life balance, with regular days off, working hours that are on or close to contract (with overtime paid if they go over), great development in the team and fair pay and service charge/tronc which is reviewed regularly - we like to think they have fun too!

Located at the top of Park Street in Bristol, Pizza on the Park is a large venue that has an industrial, art-house feel. It champions the very best that Bristol has to offer; from hand-crafted, Roman-style pizzas made from locally sourced produce to funky cocktails prepared by our dedicated Front of House team, this restaurant has everything you need for a great night out!

We're looking for a talented Pizza Chef who, ideally, has experience with hand-stretched pizzas - full training will be given to those who don't!

Details of the Pizza Chef (Chef de Partie) role:
🍕 Full time - 45 hour per week contract
Working within a kitchen team of nine
🍕 Able to work to a rota - the restaurant will be open seven days a week from Midday – 11pm - shifts are usually morning/daytime shifts or evening shifts - always straight.
🍕 £10.20 - £11.05 (DOE) per hour plus monthly service charge
🍕 28 days’ holiday per annum including Bank Holidays
🍕 Company discounts including 20% off in our other restaurants
🍕 Company pension scheme
🍕 Cycle to work scheme and secure cycle parking
🍕 Meals on duty and uniform provided and laundered
🍕 Regular company social events

This is a great opportunity to join a strong kitchen team who are producing pizzas and other Italian food of the highest quality!

Our ideal Pizza Chef (Chef de partie):
🍕 Must love pizza and other Italian cuisine!
🍕 May have experience hand-stretching pizza dough
🍕 Will be a fun and reliable team member
🍕 Will have a creative mind and be able to contribute ideas to the Head Chef
🍕 Will be able to start asap (or after notice at other employment)

Application and Interview process for the Pizza Chef (Chef de partie) role:

To apply for this role, please send your CV and covering letter via the link below. Please make reference to any notice period you have with your current employer. The closing date for applications is Friday 19th November.

We'll give you a call and email you to have a chat and will arrange a short trial (paid) with the Head Chef if we like what we hear!
