Following some damp issues the floor was so dangerous the family couldn’t use the room.
So we propped the floor under the basement and installed some new lintels , replaced the rotten joists and installed new flooring throughout now the leaks sorted .
Fitted some new skirting leaving a gap for the hearth /fireplace surround and sealed around the edge .
Also did a repair in the hallway .

Job 2- Bathroom toilet and sink removed , new ply fitted and an lvt floor laid .
New toilet fitted and re fitted the sink and sealed .
New sink unit downstairs and boxing in to hide pipes ready to paint .

Also a new wall built between the neighbours as the old one was falling over
