New en suite shower room installed in Bradley Stoke for one of our returning customers. Electric under floor heating , dual fuel towel rail ,fully tiled all around with a feature tile wall Customer wanted shower panels in the cubicle New plumbing installed and ceiling plastered ready for painting.

Customer wanted to re use some of the old roof tiles to save on costs . But now we’re ready for plastering and the final fixes to go in.

Been a varied couple of weeks , we built x2 extra downstairs shower cubicles on 2 student properties in filton for a landlord we work for . Moving the wall over slightly in both properties to create the space for the shower cubicles.
Then today was very labour intensive replacing the broken coping stones on the roof. Lifting the coping stones up 3 flights and the old ones down in Frenchay in this heat. .
Back onto our extension project next week.

Made new shaker door unit around the meter cupboard downstairs filled & ready to be painted in filton

Supplied and fitted new skirting and architrave throughout the whole house , new door linings and doors and new loft hatch

Following some damp issues the floor was so dangerous the family couldn’t use the room.
So we propped the floor under the basement and installed some new lintels , replaced the rotten joists and installed new flooring throughout now the leaks sorted .
Fitted some new skirting leaving a gap for the hearth /fireplace surround and sealed around the edge .
Also did a repair in the hallway .
