After years of managing properties, our Property Managers have learnt to spot the little warning signs that can appear before a problem gets much bigger. The trick is knowing what to look for and what to do about it.
🔹If condensation is building up, use extractor fans and open windows where appropriate to let moisture escape.
🔹If limescale is starting to build up, deal with it regularly rather than leaving it until the end of the tenancy.
🔹And if you spot a leak, however small, report it. That little drip could otherwise become damaged flooring, walls or ceilings.
It’s also worth remembering that not every problem is about the property. Life has its way of throwing you curveballs, so if you’re struggling with rent or keeping on top of things, talk to us early. An honest conversation gives us the chance to understand what’s happening and discuss what support or options may be available.
