Loving the finished mural on our North Street building painted by the incredibly talented Sophi Odling as part of UPFEST. Tourists treating it like the Abbey Road of Southville 😂👌🏼

We have a spectacular 3 bedroom flat nearing completion here and becoming available on the 1st December. Available to reserve by 3 friends.

Our completed terrace in Bedminster.

As part of our refurbishment we rebuilt the two stone bays which a previous owner had demolished to replace with a shopfront. These were surprisingly complicated and extremely expensive to build but we’re so glad we did.

Brought back to their former glory and now a stunning collection of 3x 6 bedroom almost-all en-suite homes to a community of 18 sociable & likeminded young professionals 🙌🏼

Aplin’s was the perfect site for us: a run down Victorian terrace which we turned into three beautiful homes.

Not only was this a joy to build (as developing houses next door to one another is bliss) but we also created a small community of 18 sociable young people all living across these neighbouring houses.
