Aplin’s was the perfect site for us: a run down Victorian terrace which we turned into three beautiful homes.

Not only was this a joy to build (as developing houses next door to one another is bliss) but we also created a small community of 18 sociable young people all living across these neighbouring houses.

Something a bit different for us…

We’re currently developing a scheme of 4no. 2-3 bedroom flats on North Street in Southville.
