Minor 1st fix electrical alterations have started.

Wires are being embedded into the walls so it’s all neat and hidden (no ugly trunking)

New consumer unit going in too for safety and compliance

All the old internal doors have been taken down and replacing them with fire doors throughout to meet HMO regs 🙌🏼

Week 1 Update 👇

Strip-out works have officially begun!
Old carpets, tiles, flooring, and unwanted furniture - gone.
Kitchen? Fully removed.
Bathroom? Fully removed.

Not a full back-to-brick strip, but everything’s now cleared and prepped for the next stage of the refurb.

Before all that, we squeezed in some kitchen window-shopping 👀… finalising layout ideas, paint colours, and flooring choices to send over to our contractor

We actually bought this one from a landlord looking to exit. It was already a student HMO - we’re adding an extra bedroom, expanding the kitchen, and giving the whole place a modern update.
