We’re incredibly proud to be certified as a Best Workplace™ in Retail, Hospitality & Leisure in the UK! 🎉

We’ve always believed that looking after our people is at the heart of what we do. That’s what makes this recognition particularly meaningful as it’s based on the experiences and feedback of our people.

And the feedback speaks for itself: 👇
• 99% of our people say they are treated fairly regardless of their sexual orientation.
• 97% say they are treated fairly regardless of their gender.
• 97% say they are treated fairly regardless of their race or ethnic origin.
• 94% say they can ask management any reasonable question and get a straight answer.
• 93% say they are treated fairly regardless of their age.

A huge thank you to Great Place To Work UK for this recognition, and most importantly, to our incredible teams.
