Out with the disused bath and in with a new shower.

The side wall was built out to form part of the enclosure and a glass panel added to the rear.

We also installed all new flooring and new toilet.

The shower cubicle was blocked in and will now form part the the en-suite bathroom behind, which is the next job.

And that’s another bathroom upgrade complete.

Tiles off, shower tray out, re-plastered, new cabinets and sanitary ware, new tray and enclosure, panels by Bathroom Panels Direct, new shower riser rail kit, new towel rail, flooring, new extractor fan and light, new mirror, UPVC skirting and decorated 😍

All designed to be easy clean 👌

This large shared Totnes garden was heavily overgrown and unusable for the residents.

All the bind w**d was removed from hedges and bushes which were then reduced and shaped, the heavy overgrowth carefully cut down, preserving the mint, lavender and thyme widely growing and the lawns mowed down to provide a relaxing outdoor space for the occupants.

8 full dumpy bags of greenery were disposed of off site and now the worst is done, we’ll be back in a couple of weeks to keep on top of the growth and continue to thin out flower beds, separate branches and bushes intruding on each other, keep the grass low, w**d hard standing areas and remove ivy from the side of the building.

Another big transformation as we updated the colours on this charming Teignmouth mid terrace property 😍

The mansonry at the front and back was changed from white to anthracite and the dated blue fascia, guttering, downpipes and bay window timbers and gallows brackets decorated in white with modern plastics installed to give the front a real pop amidst the dark colour of the walls.

The back of the property was decorated in the same colours with all new rainwater disposal to make this property the stand out house along this small terrace.

These colours are extremely popular at the moment and we’re adapt at applying them to properties to stand them out from the rest.
