With 2 bathrooms a separate games room, WiFi and sleeping up to 6 persons it is ideal for families holidays or couples alike. Ground Floor; Large entrance conservatory set up as a family games room, with sofa, TV, games console and games table. Bedroom with double bed, and built-in wardrobe, shower room with WC, washbasin and walk-in shower. First floor; Living room with separate lounge and dining areas. Three piece leather suite, 36″ flat screen TV with Sky and PS3 game console and games, dining table and 6 chairs. Spacious kitchen with built-in double oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. Second floor; Master bedroom with super-king size double bed, built-in wardrobes, TV, two tub chairs and dressing table. Bedroom with twin beds and built in wardrobes and views across the town. Bathroom with Bath, shower-over, WC and wash basin. Outside; Communal off road parking and lawned gardens. From the lounge a door leads to a small Integral balcony with bistro-set, an ideal spot to sit out and enjoy the view across the bay. Bunting Brixham Cottage has free WiFi and full gas central heating. A travel cot and highchair are available if required. All invited to Cockington Court's 2026 Sculpture Trail! 🎬

There’s less than a week to go until Cockington Court's popular, annual sculpture trail begins!

This year’s trail is inspired by the magic of the movies, and features over 20 local artists and sculptors.

The free trail begins on Sunday 2 August and will be open daily from 10.30am to 4.30pm. All you need to do is pick up a map from the Manor House and start exploring!
