Absolute heaven by the fire at Jasmine cottage 🔥 The only thing that would make this better is a doggy by my feet…. 🐶

Question: when staying in self catering accommodation, do you wash up all your dishes before you check out, or leave it (and the spills Etc?) for the cleaner?
No right or wrong answer, asking for a friend 😉

At last the roll top bath at Jasmine cottage has been replaced - it looked pretty but was not in the least bit practical for a shower, or anyone with mobility issues.
Behold! A new walk-in mains fed shower, so much better and looks lovely and clean 😊

At long last the bathroom floor at The Nest has been replaced and the woodwork has had a refresh!
And the tree is up ready for the festive season.
We still have a few dates free leading up to Christmas if anyone needs a last minute getaway 🎄🎅🏼😍

We’ve just spent the weekend doing some running maintenance at Jasmine cottage; but we did manage a couple of hours to visit Okehampton railway station. It’s beautiful, just like stepping back in time but you can travel on the Dartmouth line to Exeter or Crediton.
We didn’t travel just enjoyed a cream tea in the station cafe. ☕️ 🍰

Why not book a trip to Jasmine cottage and enjoy a Spring mini break?
