Our recent housewarming brought together future residents, friends, families and members of the local community for an afternoon of apartment tours, food, drinks and live music.

Newlands Primary School Choir performed for guests, followed later in the day by a saxophone performance from Maurice’s daughter Molly.

It was lovely to see Gayton House full of conversation, energy and people exploring what life here could feel like.

We’re delighted to share that Gayton House has been named a finalist in two categories at the Housebuilder Awards 2026: Best Regeneration Initiative and Best Retirement Scheme.

It is a proud moment for everyone involved in bringing this long-overlooked Yateley site back to life, retaining its locally listed Edwardian villa and creating 22 thoughtfully designed homes for over-60s.
