Such a wonderful day yesterday with Serenity Yoga With Jen.
A beautiful day yesterday at the stunning Crossbrook Farm for my Serenity Spa Escape. There was plenty of relaxation with spa treatments, amazing food, yoga, homemade cakes, a woodfired hot tub, breathwork and a soothing soundbath!
These days are so special and are such a joy to run. Thank you to everyone who attended, to Crossbrook Farm for the perfect hosting, venue and delicious food, to Vicki's Tropic Skincare and team for the wonderful spa treatments and to Ian Kershaw for the amazing breathwork and soundbath session. And special thanks to my mum for her endless help, support and delicious cakes.
