We’re looking for a Customer Liaison Officer to join our team, where people are at the heart of everything we do.

Our Customer Liaison Officers play a vital role in making sure customers remain at the centre of our capital investment programmes, major repairs and damp and mould cases. This position is key to maintaining clear, consistent and timely communication between customers and contractors, helping to deliver a high quality service.

You will be responsible for engaging directly with customers, acting as a dedicated point of contact throughout complex repair works and investment projects. You will also coordinate closely with contractors to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction are achieved.

We’re pleased to share that we’ve been officially recognised for our commitment to supporting victims of domestic abuse – we’ve received a bronze award from the Domestic Abuse Housing Alliance (DAHA) 🫶

This is an important achievement for us, which we have been working towards for the last three years.

DAHA accreditation is widely recognised as the UK benchmark for how housing providers should prevent, identify, and respond to domestic abuse. Every year, awards are given to housing providers and organisations that meet DAHA’s rigorous national standards.
