Are you passionate about making a difference and supporting people to thrive in their communities? Weโre looking for a proactive and compassionate Community Coach to help customers sustain their tenancies and achieve their goals.
Youโll be the face of housing services in your patch, building strong relationships with customers from pre-tenancy onwards. Using a coaching approach, youโll support individuals with budgeting, employment guidance, and day-to-day tenancy management, while also addressing low-level arrears and early signs of anti-social behaviour.
Working out in the community, youโll be visible and responsive, listening to customer needs and working with colleagues and partners to deliver tailored support and community initiatives. Your ability to engage, motivate and challenge when needed will help create safer, more connected neighbourhoods.
