I enjoyed this one, not only a complete rip out from a leaking pipe behind the wall, a complete rejig of pipework to move things around & make the most of the space I had to work with. I was told it can be all left to me to plan/ work out & make good, some long days/ nights spent doing this between jobs! Still a couple of things left to finish but hay, it’s my bathroom so all in good time 🤔 K R Walker Electrical plumbing

This has been a slog but also a pleasure to fit.
89m” 600x 600 tiles through an entrance hall into utility & w/c, running into the kitchen diner then carried on into the new extension recently completed by Colin jagger building services.
Totally transforming the floor space in this property.
