Today we rang as a family of 3 for the very first time independentley.Also first time the bells rang half muffled for today remembrance service. We are still lurning my self and Eliza are both still lurning to ring in rounds but we did it.

Today we had our first queter peal rang by a band from Carlisle cathedral since the bells were restored that about 55 minutes constant ringing.We all so had a traveling band visiting as well. Was lovely hearing the bells ring out.

We have been busy training up new bell ringers over the past few months. Today our youngest ringer was ringing independently for the first time we than rang as the Steadman family 3 of us did it all together. All training has been taking place in Appleby bell tower.

The news is right the bells are now back in the tower. We have had a fantastic weekend lots of visitors comeing to have a look at them. In case you missed it her it in on tonight's news.

The bells will be returning back to the church on Tuesday afternoon 😀😀😀 over the weekend the church will be open and would like to invite every one to come and have a look at the Newley restored bells. we hope you can come and join us.
