Merry Monday everyone. There’s a flurry of building activity at Kellas Mews and Pitkerro Mill Gardens right now in preparation for the downing of tools in time for Christmas.

Absolutely love the kitchen in Plot 7, plus lots of gorgeous tiling activity in the other plots.

No open house viewings at the moment due to building excitement but please get in touch if you’d like a viewing by appointment.

Happy Saturday from us all at Harbyn Properties! It’s been all go on site the last couple of months and 4 of our properties are close to being completed. It’s always exciting seeing the bathroom tiles going in (simple pleasures for Lynne 😉). See pics of some of our selections…..

Afternoon all! Big things are happening at Pitkerro Mill Gardens this week. Stunning German kitchens are now in production for plots 7 & 8 - you can check out the mock up pics below. The rest of the site is a hive of activity so, for now, viewings are by appointment but we’re very flexible at Harbyn 😉.
