With further leasehold reform on the horizon, regulation of property managing agents continues to be part of the conversation.

And we welcome it.

Managing agents are trusted with people’s homes, service charge funds and the day-to-day management of increasingly complex buildings. Strong professional standards, transparency and accountability can only be a good thing for our industry — and, most importantly, for the people whose properties we manage.

We’ll be keeping a close eye on developments as the proposed reforms progress.
