Latest review of our services on Google. We undertook a Level 3 Building Survey on a listed stone house in South Northamptonshire.
"We are very impressed with the service provided by Stephen and his company. He is very proactive - he identified an opportunity to conduct the inspection 2 days prior to the original date and directly arranged permission with a neighbour to view the party walls from their garden. It is evident that he is very thorough in his work.
We received the report within the agreed timeline and found it to be very comprehensive. Having had a few Level 3 surveys carried out in the past, some are often not worth the paper they are written on - full of generalisations and useless “cut & paste” that does not reflect the building concerned. There was none of that in our report. We are hoping to purchase a Grade 2 listed property and it is obvious that Stephen has studied our building in detail. The survey report is not generic, it is specific to our property and we are grateful to him for that. Whilst not the cheapest surveyor on the market, it is apparent that you get what you pay for in this instance and we feel it was worth it. We would highly recommend him and not hesitate to use him again. Thank you Stephen"
