Back in the UK 👍and a sash window restoration project with our excellent contractor Kiersons on this gorgeous property near Melton Mowbray. Removal of decayed timber, replacement glazing bars and new hardwood sills to be completed with new draught proofing all round.

External remodelling completed to this stunning period Grade II property in Southwell. Our thanks for the collaborative working of our consultants, contractors and suppliers to realise the clients’ requirements. #

Structural repairs to the old vicarage wall completed. Comprised underpinning to remaining wall, with masonry cloaked reinforced concrete buttresses. New footings and complete rebuild of a 5m section. Original alignment re-established and discreet masonry cloaking of interface between old and new. Great job team, thanks to all our contractors for your great efforts 👏👏

Listed wall restoration continues. Stump grinding completed; do not underestimate what lies beneath!!! 6 ton bags filled with mulch chippings. Footing excavation and reinforced concrete poured. Now on to the rebuild, tying the remaining leaning (but underpinned) masonry into the new plumb buttresses and wall section.

New LPM project commenced this week Structural repairs to listed garden wall. Removal of mature sycamore, underpinning and strengthening to existing masonry. Wall carefully dismantled, stump grinding, new footing and wall rebuilt tied through new buttresses.
