Autumn looks great… until the leaves, overgrown borders and seasonal maintenance jobs start adding to a Property Manager’s already busy to-do list.

Keeping communal outdoor spaces presentable throughout the changing seasons shouldn’t mean more contractors to chase or more problems landing in your inbox.

At Community Property Care, our planned grounds maintenance programmes can include:

- Leaf clearance
- Hedge trimming
- Shrub and border maintenance
- Litter picking
- Seasonal tidy-ups
- Ongoing grass and grounds care

Since every development is different, maintenance schedules are tailored around the site, its seasonal requirements and the people who use it.

A big well done to our very own Matthew Steed who completed today’s Cardiff Half Marathon! 👏

Matt stepped up at the last minute, with no training behind him, to run for St Johns Ambulance Cymru — and smashed his target along the way.

A fantastic effort for a great cause, and something we’re proud to celebrate here at CPC.

Well done, Matt. Enjoy that well-earned rest! 🏅

The repair is only half the job.

When a maintenance issue arises, completing the repair is only part of what a Property Manager needs.

You also need to know what has been found, what action has been taken, whether further work is required and when the issue is fully resolved.

That’s why CPC combines responsive repairs with clear communication, accountable ownership and practical reporting from start to finish.

Our technicians look beyond the immediate symptom, identify the underlying issue and keep the Property Manager informed – helping prevent smaller problems from becoming larger, costlier ones.
