🏆 From winning at Wentworth… to dreaming of a Cotswolds cottage….

JJ Spaun may have just lifted the BMW PGA Championship trophy, but it turns out his love affair with the Cotswolds started long before this week.

JJ and his family have been spending their winters here for years — returning to the Cotswolds in December to enjoy the slower pace, Christmas spirit and quintessentially English way of life.

So much so that, after JJ’s incredible run of form, his wife Melody jokingly suggested that if he won a major, she’d like a Cotswold cottage… and she’s apparently already been sending him property listings. 👀

And then there’s Jeremy Clarkson.

The family became fans of Clarkson’s Farm after discovering the Cotswolds for themselves, even making a trip to The Farmer’s Dog in the hope of spotting Jeremy.

This week, Melody brought a rather unexpected good-luck charm to Wentworth — a giant face mask of Clarkson himself. 😂

It seems the Cotswolds really can leave a lasting impression.

And honestly… we can’t think of many better places to spend a December.

Frosty mornings. Country pubs. Cosy cottages. Christmas lights. Long walks. Fireside evenings.

Maybe JJ’s next trophy should come with a set of Cotswold keys?! 🔑 🏡
