Good evening everyone. Following on from my recent post about out of season short stays. I have had a few people contact me and say that they would love to stay but it's too far to travel for 2/3 nights. If you would like a longer stay then please do get in touch as I'm happier to do longer stays. I didn't realise people would want to be here for a longer stay out of season tbh. It's very quiet but I must confess it is my favourite time of year!

Good evening everyone. I hope you are all enjoying this fabulous Bank Holiday weather! I'm not sure if I were more likely to be blown away or drown!!

Anyway, I officially close at the end of October but am considering opening for short breaks out of season. As many of you will know, Brean is very seasonal and the local pubs and shops will close the first week of November.

I normally have a minimum 3 night stay but would do a 2 night stay over the winter weekends. If anyone would be interested in a truly get away from it all break please let me know.

Available from 6th November onwards. 2 night breaks £260, 3 nights £360. Last available weekend 11th December.

Sadly, due to illness, I have a cancellation for 3 nights from 21st July if anyone would be interested. Should be £525 but as it is rather short notice then I would be happy to do it for £475.

7 nights should be £1050 but now £945.

Good evening everyone. Hope you are all having the fabulous upgrade in the weather that I'm currently enjoying here. After a few days of rain and howling winds the sun has finally decided to get his hat on. Let's hope it continues.

Final availability for 2026 is as follows

25th July for up to 6 nights but can split into two short breaks. £995 for 6 nights or £550 for 3 nights

Thanks to all that enquired but this is now booked.

Good evening everyone. Hope you are all well. We have had the most fantastic weather here for the last few days and we obviously think summer has arrived (as we're all convinced we're in the Mediterranean). Fast forward a day or two and we're back to the hailstorms and howling gales. England in April!!

Anyway, all that to one side, I have had another cancellation. Nobody wants to come and see me.

I have 14th May available for up to 7 nights but as per usual I can split into 2 short breaks if anyone is interested.

Good evening everyone. Due to a LOT of changes in bookings I now have 7 nights available from 26th May. Happy to split into short breaks if anyone would be interested. Please give me a shout and I'll see what I can do. 7 nights should be £1155 but will happily discount it to £875. Short breaks discounted from £165 per night to £145 per night.
