After some unexpected heartbreak on Grassington Drive in Burnley with the previous buyer withdrawing 2 weeks away from completion, we really needed to hit the ground running & get under offer to a proceedable buyer immediately.

I put a strategy in place with the seller, we decide to get the property fully professionally re-marketed, really capturing the beauty of the home.
