On this job the customer had rang us after there had been a leak in the attic from the water tank. We started the job by removing the plasterboards back to the point of no damage. We replaced with new 9mm plasterboard and then applied new Artex plaster and used our stippling tool to match in with the existing ceiling.

At HPS we also specialises in damp proofing, as you can see we have knocked of 300mm above the last point of damp across the property wall we drilled and injected the DPC cream to the wall, this was then put back with two coats of sand and cement with waterproofer and finished of the a skim, we also reinstated the skirting boards

As we was waiting for the under floor heating to go in on the inside the sun shine finally came out for us to do a spot of render to the property we have finished the vast of the upper deck so that it can be painted, this will then allow the scaffolding to be dropped and change in places so that the low half can be completed.

Over the last couple of months we have been busy on all different projects this is a little up date on how we are getting on, unfortunately we had to pull off for a few weeks while we had to to for the under floor heating to be installed and for the weather to fine up so we could start out side, more pictures coming soon so keep and eye out for the next up date on this job
