Lettings Agency Assistant Required

We are new estate agency and we are looking further to expand our company therefore we are looking for reliable and dedicated staff to join our small team.

The main role is to communicate with customers including tenants and landlords by the phone or in person. Arranginging property viewings, inspections. Advertising properties.

Key Duties:

Dealing with customers and clients professionally on the phone/email or in person
Registering, monitoring, updating applicant on computer database
Arranging maintenance for properties to fulfil clients' needs
Arranging property inspections and viewings
Communication between tenants, landlords and contractors

Skills/Experience

Good communication skills are required both verbal and written
PC literacy also required as the position involves use of computer system to input data to our database, mostly MS EXCEL

Driving License: Preferable (company car may be provided)
Location: Burnley
Working hours: Full time Monday to Friday (9am - 5:30)
Salary: To be discussed
