A few months ago, I was asked if I could give any tips tricks and advice to a collage student studying hospitality and wanted to become better in cake decorating. Obviously I was honoured but declined as as always, I didnt belive in myself.

However,

Would anyone whos thinking of starting up, anyone who may be interested in baking/decorating be interested in a 1-1 on a weekend?

This will help any new beginners.
Im happy to supply ingredients, a guided and detailed wallet to take home with recipes inside and all my advice.

Im a self taught baker, whos been through the experience of registering, having a home inspection, labelling ingredients and Allergen trained.
