Six months ago, life looked very different.
We took on 5 full refurbishment projects back-to-back, juggling contractors, deadlines, budgets, and plenty of unexpected challenges along the way. There were long days, late nights, and moments where it felt like there simply weren't enough hours in the day.
Fast forward to today, and we're sitting in Turkey, finally taking some down time to reflect and enjoy the rewards of all that hard work.
The biggest lesson? Success in serviced accommodation isn't about chasing shortcuts—it's about consistently doing the work when nobody is watching. Every refurbishment, every problem solved, and every improvement made compounds over time.
We're incredibly proud of what we've achieved in the last 6 months and even more excited about what's next.
To anyone currently in the middle of a project, dealing with setbacks, or wondering if the effort is worth it—keep going. The results don't always show up immediately, but they do show up.
