A polite reminder to all clients if you have a complaint please contact me directly no matter how big or how small it is at your earliest convenience please do not wait until your next clean. Also any extra jobs you would like doing please contact me 24 hours before your clean and please remember extra jobs will be done after your usual clean unless stating we don’t do a usual area to cover the extras. We have a full rota each week and families to be back for and we can’t go over your allocated time slot unless it is within notice to make alternative arrangements. I will not tolerate any client talking down to my staff making them feel uncomfortable, we are here to help as much as possible please have some respect and again contact me directly about any issue you may have.
