We’re in our 20s so people are naturally sceptical about our experience.

We’ve coached thousands of members within the Property Investment Academy.

Michael’s a chartered accountant with a decade of experience in business, tax and finance. He’s managed teams to audit international companies.

I’m an NLP practitioner and have managed a new build site, with a GDV of £825,000, alongside a 7 figure BTL rental portfolio.

We’ve raised private investor finance, used joint ventures, bridging finance and development finance on everything from new builds to listed buildings.

We’ve won multiple awards as investors.

And we’ve launched our very own ITOL Accredited Property Investment Academy in the North West which has nearly 150 members within 6 months of launching.
