“Would you know what to do if…”

A quick guide to common situations and what steps to take.

01 | BOILER BREAKDOWN
Check your thermostat and make sure you have heating and hot water. If it’s still not working, contact us straight away — we’ll arrange a qualified engineer.

02 | WATER LEAK
If you notice a leak, turn off the water supply if it’s safe to do so and let us know immediately. This can help prevent further damage.

03 | POWER CUT
First, check if it’s just your property or an area-wide issue. If it’s your property, let us know and we’ll advise on the next steps.

04 | FROZEN PIPES
Keep the heating on, open cupboard doors and let us know straight away so we can advise you and arrange support if needed.

05 | REPORT A REPAIR
Use the contact details we’ve provided. The sooner we know, the sooner we can help.
