So this completed last week.

So what, no big deal. In some ways you’re right. But to me it’s huge. Why? Well last year after 31 years in property I decided to work for myself. Part of that was utilising the platform so I could sell properties on behalf of my clients.

I’ve always wanted to work for myself. At 53 I made the jump, better late than never! People will rightly ask why I didn’t do it sooner. That’s a story for another time, but for now I’m so glad I decided to go it alone.

The apartment in the picture. That’s the first property I’ve sold under my own name, no global giant brand, no high street office. I did that all by myself and it feels better than any deal I’ve ever done before, and trust me, I’ve literally done 1,000’s of them into the Billions.
