4 years ago I remember having a zoom call with Sean Newman, it wasn't a conversation about experience and qualifications, it was a conversation about vision, the vision of the future of real estate. The Property Experts have been powering my UK business since that day.
I may not be your conventional estate agent, I literally work with about 5 clients at a time, and I do that so I can put my all into each property I bring to market. With my 7 year old sidekick we have created some extremely unique marketing, we have achieved a sale where other agents have failed, and turned clients into friends along the way. We do it for the love of what we do, and we truly are a family business. I'm 100% sure all our clients past and present will agree that you get what you see with us, straight talking and real advice.
This also marks 13 years in real estate for me, what was a sheer leap of faith after spending 17 years in hospitality, to go from a salary job, to 100% commission only pay while living in a foreign country, people thought I was nuts.
Today I'm the founder of The Dubai Property Advisors, with my small team of incredible people we travel the UK bringing the Dubai market to UK investors. Again my family is part of everything I do, and taking the moral journey to give real advice, advice that sometimes comes at a cost, but when I started my business 8 years ago I promised myself I would do it properly and ethically, where others are trying to close a sale, we will tell you that's a bad investment, but I've never been accused of selling the wrong property to the right person.
