Congratulations Taylor!!!! just completed his 2 year NVQ in Carpentry, only felt like yesterday that Taylor started with us, straight out of school walking on site green as grass, tipping over paint and annoying the lads, but over the last two years he has worked hard, started at bottom doing all the jobs none of us like doing, did not complain just got on with it, slowly learnt the skills do muliable tasks around site, from fitting windows, hanging fire doors with all the furniture to fitting mediboards in a pub conversion into a veterinary practice, he turns up on time and very rarely takes any time off sick he is a credit to the younger generation.

Well done Taylor! Keep up the hard work with your level 3 NVQ you then will have the life skills to set you up for a successful career in construction .

And hopefully you can pass your knowledge down to the younger generation.

PS, please don’t tip any more paint in the back of the van!!! but after two years you are slowly getting better 🤣🤣🤣
