Celebrating 20 Years of Radecarl!
We recently marked two decades since Radecarl first opened its doors - and what a journey it has been!
🔹 How it all began:
Back in 2005, three partners, Tony Lamorte, Robin Kinrade and Paul Lamorte, founded the business while still in full-time employment. Initially, they were buying and selling properties, but the 2008 financial crash changed everything. When property values fell dramatically, they pivoted to what they knew best: maintenance services for commercial and industrial buildings.
🔹 Growing the business:
By 2010, Radecarl had built a year’s worth of work alongside day jobs, and it was clear it was time to go full-time.
Tony led the way, leaving his job to focus on the business, with the others soon joining him.
In 2011, Robin also launched a successful cleaning division, helping the company grow rapidly. That same year, Paul joined Radecarl Ltd full time alongside Tony’s son, Daniel.
🔹 Where we are now:
From humble beginnings, Radecarl has grown into a trusted, well-established business, delivering a wide range of commercial, industrial and domestic services.
Over the years, the team has worked with notable clients like Principality Stadium and SWALEC Stadium, and proudly supported local community events as sponsors of Glamorgan Cricket and The Machen Show.
This milestone is a testament to resilience, passion and teamwork and we’re incredibly thankful for the loyal workforce and clients who’ve been part of the journey.
